We went to Trevi in Brossard today and spent some time with the Sales Rep Pierre L. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. We are definitely planning on returning to purchase our above ground (maybe oval) pool shortly. Thanks for the great service!
We went in to buy the Pentair Supermax VS speed pump as we read the reviews online and knew this was perfect for our new home! When we installed it there was an issue with the LCD screen so we phoned in, Richard said to bring it in, no questions asked - he gave us a brand new pump. He said he's sold many and never heard of this issue so he's sending it right back to the manufacturer. New one installed and no issues at all - works amazing! We went to visit other pool stores before and Trevi had the best customer service! Would love to finish the backyard with one of their table sets!! I highly recommend Trevi in Brossard
Working with the sales person in the Spa department, was a real pleasure. He was very knowledgeable with the products and helped us find the perfect spa for our needs. The whole experience was quite pleasant.
So we went there on a Saturday to buy a hot tub. We were sold a model that wasn't yet available, for which no documentation was available, but told it's the best to fit our needs and so on. We went for it, with a guaranteed delivery date before July 10. We booked our holidays to be able to enjoy it, July 12 - 29. Turns out the tub didn't arrive before July 19, no one was able to tell us what happened, the salesman from the Brossard store never returned our calls despite giving us his card and cellphone number at the time of the sale saying "if you ever need anything". The people we spoke to on the phone all said it wasn't their fault, it was some other department we couldn't get in touch with, the delivery guys didn't even work for Trevi directly, and the best of it all: now that it has arrived and we managed to get it connected during construction holidays... it leaks. Thanks guys, really.
Quick to sell but poor after sale service! Promised delivery of my pool end of June, was delivered July 3rd. Still waiting for the excavation to take place 2 weeks later even though they told me would have been done within a week. Theres always an excuse. Hope I get my pool soon so I can enjoy it! Not impressed.
