I bought a certificate for a friend. As soon as he saw her he said the appointment was yesterday. Which wasn't true. He was probably a racist. Won't recommend this place to anyone.
I don't usually take the time to write reviews but in Ocean Spa in Brossard case, they truly deserve one. I found Ocean Spa through Groupon initally and tried it out. I truly loved the personal experience they offerred me. The location is quaint, clean, warm and welcoming. Not only is the staff kind, friendly, happy and infornative, the services they offer are done with professionalism and experience. Since then , I keep going back and bringing someone new with each time so they can share and enjoy the experiece. I've been more than 6 times and can not wait to go back! They offer great prices and that can give everyone the opportunity to treat themselves once in awhile. My favorite services when I go there are massage, facial and Neurospa. Just yesterday I hosted a Bachelorette party at their location. What a great decision that was!Our bridal party of 7 were completed happy and satisfied. They closed the doors of Ocean Spa just for our group between 1 and 5 pm on a Saturday. I was allowed to arrive 45 minutes early and decorate one of their rooms and set up food for our guests. Eric the owner greeted each one us and made sure the whole day that our experience was going well. He also introduced our party to the Dr. Fish treament which was a fun experience! Eric was really thoughtful and had a whole box of Tim Hortons coffee waiting for our group which was really a nice touch. Manon the facial specialist / event manager who helped me planned the whole event was a delight! What a professsional, sweet woman! She made it easy, was super organized and on time and so very kind and helpful. Her facials are amazing! My face feels so nice after she works her magic! We also had the pleasure of getting massages from Mathieu and Stphanie. Very professional yet their kindness and love for their work shines through. Great massages. The whole bridal party would attest to that! So would I recommend Ocean Spa.... 100% definitely! Thank you to Eric, Manon, Mathieu and Stphanie for truly making our bachelorette party a great experience. See you all soon!!!!

made an appointment 2 weeks in advance got to appointment to tell me i was late they sent a confirmation to wrong email. I was upset Manon the woman behind the counter very rude and called the police and refused to give me another appointment or my money back(i bought it threw groupon) Let see what they are going to do i made a complaint with them as well.
Massages were nice However the fact that u had to pay 6$ to rent sandals when u had ur own was not cool. Staff was friendly!
