I purchased a 90 minute massage gift certificate for my father as a gift for his birthday. I then called to reserve his massage by phone and they causally advise me that they do not take 90 minute massages on weekends either 60 or 120... was not told this while purchasing the gift certificate in person might I add... as my father can only make it on the weekend I say give him the 120 and I'll pay the difference. Explicitly give them credit card number which to my understanding was going to be charged the difference. The day of the massage my father gets there early so he can enjoy the baths before the massage. They charge him 11$ extra and tell him he can't have the baths. Ruined the whole experience just because they refused to charge me the difference saying that they can't charge a credit card over the phone. Had i known I would have gone in person to pay and avoid all this awkwardness. There are much better spas in Montreal I find this place overcharges in the first place and service is not great. Go elsewhere if you don't want a let down...
Awesome place. The massage was so relaxing, people is real profesional, and the place is really comfortable. I definitely want to go back.
awesome To relax and gain your energy back. I would like To go at least once a month but I barely have time. I only go once per 3 months.
My sister and I often come here to have a cocktail and use the thermal pools. It's a nice option on the south shore so close to other amenities. It remains a small rooftop spa in a shopping area though. If you're looking for environment... There are better options. Bota Bota or Strom to name a few.
Amazing service! Good place! Quiet and clean. Restaurante is ordinary specially the service. Certainly recommend massages and beauty services!
