Quartier Revolution is unlike any other gym I have ever been to. Richard and Carl really care about your success and will work with you to achieve your goals. Getting healthy and in shape is a battle for anyone and these guys will be in your corner every step of the way. I skipped out on a few weeks of training and I got emails and calls asking where I am and if there are any issues. I went in to talk about a slump I was having and got the motivation I needed from Richard to start back. If you like being in the presence of body builders and tons of iron, this is not the place for you. Go find a discount gym full of equipment and staff that don't care what you do. This is the best crossfit to learn proper technique, they have the best teachers! The gym is always kept very clean!
