Was very hesitant to go, as I thought it would be another crossfire experience. Boy was I wrong! I had a great time and really enjoyed the environment, the people and the trainer himself. Would recommend to anyone that has been working out at the gym alone all those years and has been avoided legs and cardio (speaking mostly about myself). the circuit training is effective for anyone, male or female, big or small. Totally worth the $10 drop-in
Outstanding place! Very attentive and personalized training. The staff is helpful. In a way, it's somewhat of a little family that always welcomes guests and treats them as their own.
