I and my husband have recently started Bikram yoga classes for the very first time. We LOVED it!! Teachers are very polite and welcoming... and they make sure every student is following their instructions properly.We also tried hot inferno class today and I literally can feel the difference in my whole body. Its been just 4 days to attend these classes and my stomach and mind feels so light. I am definitely going to continue both classes because I really want to see the long term results. Cant wait to attend tomorrows class!!
