Worst customer service waiting 20 mins still no service 3 times in a row last time I waste going there ....
Its really nice I like it the first time I was there I was like wow its amazing but one thing I dont understand when ur in the room with the puppy why cant u hold them I dont understand can u chbage that
I think is a good idea for business purposes, but I didn't enjoy seeing non domestic animals in cages. It was sad. I can't believe we can buy a frog from the tropical forest to bring it home.. I think it is ok if you buy a dig or a cat, or even a hamster...
Very nice layout inside the store. The fish tanks, the pirate ship, the treasure island feeling you get is really nice. One should visit the store just to look at the decor :)
