They ruined my blouse and yelled at me saying it was my fault. They wouldn't reimburse. Please don't go there. It's horrible!
Good customer service, very friendly staff. I am always satisfied with their cleaning and alteration work, for a very reasonable price too! I can always trust them! 100% recommend!
Regular dry cleaner but expensive because of the location. Did the job every time. But when I asked to dry clean 11 jackets no single cent discount...
Very bad service! I just called to ask if I could drop some cloths to fix and she replied she couldn't. That I had to go next week and that she needed to line. She hang up to me! Plus I could barely understand her English! WowI called back and said to her that I just called and she hang up to me?! She replied she told me she needed the phone line! Very awful customer service.
Horrible service. Very unhappy. Brought a white shirt, went back to pick it up and it was still dirty, LIKE THEY DID NOT EVEN TRY TO CLEAN IT!!!! they made me pay no matter what... RIDICULOUS.
