Je te dcourage fortement dutiliser leurs services. Le dlai est excessif, le service la clientle est tout fait terrible et pourris, pour moi il sest mener la violence verbale et physique de la part du commerant qui navais pas rendu le service comme promis. EVITER CE MARCHAND!
Ce nettoyeur sec est totalement irresponsable. Le service la clientle est pourri. Ils ont remis 8 de mes chemises un autre client qui, bien sr, ne sest jamais point pour les rapporter. En plus, le propritaire ne ma jamais rappel pour sexcuser et rectifier la situation. Jai pour 300 $ min de chemises racheter et vous pouvez tre sr quil recevra la facture avec une mie en demeure. Nallez surtout pas chez ce nettoyeur. Je comprends pourquoi son problme de roulement demploys!

I dropped off a suit for cleaning prior to a funeral. Two days later when I went to pick it up (a little early) they did not have it and said it would be ready for the original pick up time. I called at pick up time and it was still not present. they said it was not ready and still needed cleaning and would not be ready until the next day, which would be too late for the funeral which was 4.5 hours away. after again explaining that I needed it immediately, they said they would return it still dirty and that it would take them 1-1.5 hours and they would not charge the pants. finally after 2 hours I called again to find out they had actually lost the pants. it was found after 2.5 hours after it should have been ready for pickup and had been put in a different order accidentally. despite all these issues, the proprietor was not willing to rebate anything and said it was because he had cleaned it and then spent hours finding it and most importantly that his specified time on bills did not actually mean anything and he was not held to it. if you look at the bill it says the time for pickup however and not the possible imaginary time which means nothing. avoid this cleaner if you want to get your clothes back within a reasonable time or if you have a deadline. all in all I was delayed from leaving by about 3 hours for a 4.5 hour travel distance and late for the expected arrival of family because of an error by the merchant and yet in his eyes the error is my problem.
