Very bad service!!! Awful service!!! Arrogant employees !!! Do not respect timelines on delivery and you cannot cancel your order since the purchase document is also a contract between you and the store!
The worst customer experience ever in this well-developed country. Anyway it went bankrupt already, it's non-sense to make further comment. Wish them good luck!

Very bad experience from this store, do no respect the timeline for delivery, delivery was a mess and they were arrogant. Do not sign the Invoice! Its unexplained and theres no way to roll back if unsatisfied.
We had an issue with a beautiful piece of furniture due to a manufacturing flaw. Artemano customer service was amazing and swapped out the piece for a similar one from a different manufacturer. All in all we are very pleased with the after sales service. The craftsmanship is beautiful and we we will definitely buy from them again.
