Very disappointed. Celina is nice but unfortunately for us, she is too fat to do this job properly. Celina didn't inspect the furnace area because it was too tight for her- so I found out the hard way that the whole furnace must be moved and thermopompe lines rerouted just to change a hot water tank- I have to bring down walls also. And she never noticed a problem on my roof either which costs 800$+ to fix. I called her to see about a refund and she said she's not responsible to tell me about that stuff, and to write her a letter if I want- no apologies, nothing but a waste of my time and $. AVOID being a victim of a lazy inspector who just wants your $!

Inspection Lapello has been a great company to work with. Celina's team has done two home inspections for me and my wife and one for our son. We were amazed at how thorough she was and had us walk through everything in detail with her so we understood everything as home buyers/potential owners. We found probably $25,000-$30,000 in items that needed repairs done that we never would have known about because the house looks great from the outside. We decided to look elsewhere and called Celina's team back to do an inspection on this house. The exact professionalism and attention to details as the first home was given for this inspection and we now have a great feeling in proceeding with the closing. I would recommend Inspection Lapello to anybody looking to buy/sell a home as they are true professionals and went out of their way to give us the knowledge we needed to make a decision on whether this home was right for us or not.
Des clients impolis ou agressifs sur notre site. Fausset mentionne. Nous avons mont sur le toit. inspectrice en btiment certifi et assur, Mme Valrie Landry est clairement visible. Malgr qu'un inspecteur n'est pas tenu de monter sur le toit selon les normes de pratqiues. Parcontre, nous essayons toujours de satisfaire nos clients. Image du chauffe-eau. Avec plus de 6000 clients satisfaits, nous sommes la rfrence en inspection de btiment depuis 2005. Sil savre que linsatisfaction du client est bien de la faute de notre entreprise, nous allons prendre nos responsabilits.
J'ai engag Mme Lapello deux reprises et j'ai toujours t grandement satisfaite par son expertise et ses recommandations. Elle a une excellente quipe et en plus, elle a une approche beaucoup plus humaine que d'autres inspecteurs avec qui j'ai fait affaire. Quand nous avons eu des questions sur notre demeure quelques annes aprs l'achat, je l'ai appel et a ma grande surprise, elle se souvenait de nous et nous a donner d'excellent conseil. Je la recommande vivement.
