They don't know what is called PRIVATE. I've been living in Decarie for 4 years. In the late month of my rent, they begin to take strangers to my home without informing me in advance. They come in and come out like nobody is living here! I claimed it, and what their manager did is trying to convince me they have no fault with rude attitude. She even didn't say a sorry" to me! Few communicate between the company and tenants. Two stars credit to the service from the staffs who charge my rent monthly.
