A great location to explore from, perfectly located just outside of Montreal, but close enough to get there easily. Construction detours made our arrival late but the staff interactions were great, and our Standard Room reservation was upgraded to Loft 403 (pictured within.) This upgrade was a welcome end for the days travel. Despite overlooking Autoroutes 15 and 10, as well as neighboring a large interchange, the room was quiet. Everything was clean and well maintained. Complaints of breakfast seem more than a little presumptive, I've had worse selections at more expensive hotels, and paid for worse meals at more expensive hotels! From this experience I would not hesitate to stay at Hotel Brossard, in fact, I'm positive I will check here first when I plan another trip North!
The breakfast here is delicious. The price is decent, but the rooms are a bit dated. It makes me feel like I am sleeping in my grandparents' bed. It is comfortable and accommodating though. It just seems a bit older is all. Decent stay overall.
Nice area but there's nothing to do there. Hotel itself is well maintained with a more upscale interior than what it's price point would indicate. Definitely not a modern look though but I still like it quite a bit. Tiled shower. Well maintained rooms. Comes with basic stuff like bath robes and towels. Breakfast is standard basic stuff, juices, yogurt (iogo 0%), toast, muffins, waffles, cereal, etc.
The room is fine, the breakfast is okay, but the service is poor. We stayed for two nights and our room never got cleaned. We had to come by front desk and ask to clean our room. Instead of an apology we got an attitude that our do not disturb cards were on. In fact, we didn't have them at all ...Also, beware of location. Not much around the hotel.
Wonderful Hotel, check-in was quick and easy, the front desk receptionist that helped me out was a good guy, as an American who doesn't speak much French, it was very easy to communicate with everyone. Bed and room were very clean, bathroom was bigger than I expected, almost half the size of my room! Windows do a good job of keeping the sound out since the highway is right next door, but I'm pretty sure you won't have that problem with any of the rooms closer to the back of the property, overall really nice experience, and at the time, it was an extremely reasonable room rate!
