Went here on mothers day to get a last minute gift. Upon entering the boutique I was greeted, then I stood around for about ten minutes. I was offered no assistance what so ever. At the time there were four employees, only one of them looked busy. So there I was on mothers ready to spend whatever amount for my mom but no one wanted my business. I decided to talk to one of the girls who replied by saying oh I thought someone had already served you. At this point I just wanted to get out of there, so I went to polar ice where I was served 2.5 seconds after stepping in the store. The lovely lady who I had the pleasure to be served by made everything short and sweet. If I could zero stars I would. Swarovski for the way your jewelry is priced the service should be a lot better. You can go to Walmart and get that type of service
J'ai reu un excellent service de la part d'une associ. J'ai d aller changer une bague que j'ai reu en avril dernier, car quelques pierres taient partie. Le service a t simple et rapide, la dame qui m'a servie tait comprensive et ma aid rgler le problme. Bref, 10 minutes plus tard j'avais une nouvelle bague au doigt.
Les bijoux sont vraiment de mauvaise qualit, j'ai plusieurs parures et les pierres tombent sur chacunes d'entre elles alors que je ne les porte quasiment pas!!! Les rparations sont payantes aprs un an, c'est donc une vritable perte d'argent car je dois y retourner sans cesse pour faire replacer les pierres. Je ne conseille vraiment pas les bijoux Swarovski, pour ma part c'est plus jamais !!!!!
